YTC: Information Disclosure

On February 19, 2025, YTECO received the registration dossier for a public offering of YTC shares from Saigon3 Group Investment Development Joint Stock Company ("Saigon 3"), specifically:
- About total number of YTC shares, YTC share holding ratio of Saigon 3 and related parties owned before the offering: 2,366,977 voting shares, equivalent to 24.79% of outstanding YTC shares;
- About total number and ratio of shares expected to be offered for purchase: number of shares to be offered for purchase: 2,897,923 shares, equivalent to 30.35% of total outstanding YTC shares;
- Total number and ratio of YTC shares owned by Saigon 3 and related parties after the end of the offering (if the offering is successful in purchasing all registered YTC shares): 5,264,900 shares voting shares, equivalent to 55.14% of the outstanding YTC shares. Of which, the number and proportion of YTC shares held by Saigon 4 after the end of the tender offer (if the tender offer is successful in purchasing all registered YTC shares): 5,264,900 voting shares, equivalent to 55.14% of the outstanding YTC shares
- Public tender offer price: VND38,000/share.
