PHP: Decision on putting the stock on alert and Notice on stock status

DECISION ON PUTTING THE STOCK ON ALERT
 
On February 26, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 106/QD-SGDHN on putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: PHP
- Ground: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Effective date: 05/03/2025
- Reason: the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed this Decision, Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.


NOTICE OF STOCK STATUS
On February 26, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 532/QD-SGDHN dated February 26, 2025 on the status of shares of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company (stock code: PHP) as follows:
- PHP shares are put on alert from 05/03/2025 due to the reason(s) that the audit organization issued a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
