Report by Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 production and business situation & 2025 plan; 2024 Report by the BOD on 2024 activities and 2025 plan; 2024 Report of  Supervisory Board (SB); 2024 audited financial statements; 2024 profit distribution and dividend payment plan and 2025 plan; Report on 2024 remuneration payment for members of the BOD and SB and 2025 plan; Selection of an auditing company for 2025 financial statements; Dismissal of the General Director, authorization of the Board of Directors to find 2025 replacement personnel; Dismissal of independent members of the BOD; Change of Head of SB, election of 2 additional members of the SB; Stop implementing the project to build a road from Thai Binh city to Cau Nghin; Investing in Vu Van, Vu Thu, Thai Binh Industrial Clusters; Investing in building factories for rent in Industrial Clusters; Continuing to invest in building social housing under the project to develop housing in residential areas of Phu Xuan commune, Thai Binh city; Other issues within the authority of the General meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25/03/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
