VDP: Adjustment of information

On 27/02/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (CNVSDC) issued Notice No. 397/TB-CNVSDC dated 27/02/2025 on the 2025 Annual General Meeting and the Second Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: VDP). VSDC Branch announced the adjusted information regarding the content of the exercise of rights of the above notice as follows:
1. Announced information:
a) Second Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend:
- Payment date: 15/05/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Accounting Department - Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical  Joint Stock Company (on working days) from 15/05/2024. ID cards and stock ownership certificate/passbooks have to be presented. In case of authorization to receive on behalf of another person, a power of attorney has be attached).
b) 2025 Annual General Meeting:
Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of proposal to the General Meeting authorizing the BOD to select an auditing company for the 2024 fiscal year;
