b. The Annual General Meeting 2025 decides:
1. Finalize the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board in 2024 and the remuneration plan of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board in 2025;
2. Plan for distributing profits and dividends in 2024 and the plan for 2025;
3. Cancel the status of a public company according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 11 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14. Reason: The company does not meet the condition of "having contributed charter capital of VND 30 billion or more, having owners of VND 30 billion or more and having at least 10% of the shares with the right to express at least 100 investors must not be large shareholders" according to the provisions of Point 1, Article 32 of the 2019 Painful Law, amended and supplemented at Point a, Article 11, No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024.
c. The General Meeting of Shareholders approves: List of independent auditing companies to audit the 2025 Financial Statements.
d. Other contents: the end of the 2020-2025 term of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and election of members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term.
