BAB: Decision on amending the charter capital content

On February 28, 2025, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank received Decision No. 572/QD-NHNN dated February 27, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam on amending the charter capital content in the License for establishment and operation of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:
1. Information before change:
“The charter capital of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank is: VND8,959,336,420,000"
2. Information after change:
“The charter capital of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank is: VND9,580,218,430,000"
3. Reason for change: increase charter capital
4. Effective date: from the date of signing.
