TNA: Notice of adjustment of maximum foreign ownership rate from 49% to 0%

On March 03, 2025, Thien Nam Trading Import Export JSC announced Official Dispatch No. 05/2025/CBTT as follows:
On March 03, 2025, Thien Nam Trading Import Export JSC received an official dispatch from the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporaten issued No. 1842/VSDC-DKCP.NV signed on February 21, 2025 regarding the adjustment of the room rate of the stock code TNA, in which the maximum foreign ownership rate was adjusted from 49% to 0% (Effective date: February 24, 2025).
