BVN: 2025 Annual General Meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time:  04/2025 tentatively
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the meeting invitation
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2024 production & business results, 2025 plan
+ 2024 Report of the Supervisory Board (SB)
+ Proposal for 2024 profit distribution and dividend payment 2025 plan
+ Proposal for 2025 remuneration for the Board of Directors (BOD) and SB
+ Proposal for selection of an auditing company for 2025 financial statements;
+ Proposal for increasing charter capital by 100,000,000,000 VND to implement the project of Construction of serviced apartments in Long An commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province;
+ Proposal for adding the business lines of sports activities, construction design consultancy, construction supervision consultancy;
+ Proposal for investing in the project of Construction of serviced apartments in Long An commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province with an investment level of 100,000,000,000 VND;
+ Some other issues;
+ Discussing contents of reports and proposals and voting on some issues at the General meeting
+ Approval of the Meeting Minutes and Resolution.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 01/04/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
