RIC: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice on stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No.115/QD-SGDHN dated 04/03/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of RIC stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi Annual Financial Statements 2024 over 45 days;
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point(s) b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Royal International Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No.1064/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024.


Notice on stock status
On 04/03/2025, HNX announces the stock status of Royal International Corporation (stock code: RIC) as follows: 
RIC shares are under trading restriction under Decision No.115 /QD-SGDHN dated 04/03/2025 because the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi Annual Financial Statements 2024 over 45 days as prescribed in Point(s) b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
