HDB: 2025 Annual General Meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch (CNVSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned Meeting time:  8.30, Thursday, 24/04/2025
- Meeting venue: virtual and e-voting
- Main meeting venue (tentatively): Galaxy Innovation Hub, D1 Street, High-Tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Tentative Meeting agenda:
a. Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 activities and 2025 plan;
b. Report by the CEO on 2024 business performance and Business 2025 plan;
c. Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on the 2024 activities
d. 2024 Audited consolidated financial statements; 
e. Assessment report by the independent member of Board of Directors on 2024 activities of the BOD;
f. Proposal for 2025 total remuneration, professional allowances of the BOD; SB,  and the Board of Directors' operating fund; 
g. Proposal for 2024 profit distribution plan;
h. Proposal for matters of authorization of the General Meeting to the Board of Directors;
i. Proposal for the list of independent auditing companies and authorization to select an independent auditing company for the 2026 fiscal year;
+ Other related issues within the authority of the General meeting

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 27/03/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 03 working days from the date on the notice.
