CEG: Cancellation of securities registration

From 26/03/2025, the Service Contract between VSDC and Construction and Industry Equipment Group Corporation will terminate, the CEG stock code, ISIN code VN000000CEG9 issued by VSDC will be invalid.
- Date VSDC finalizes the List of CEG stockholders for cancellation of registration: 21/03/2025.
2. Depository members (DMs):
2.1. From 20/03/2025, VSDC will stop providing services of depository, withdrawal and transfer of ownership of CEG securities. DMs are requested to notify investors of this content.
2.2. On 24/03/2025, VSDC will prepare and send the list of CEG stockholders (reporting code: CA001) in the form of electronic documents to DMs. DMs have to compare the information of CEG securities owners in the List sent by VSDC with the information managed by the DMs, and at the same time send to VSDC the Confirmation Notice (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors to VSDC for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC to be accurate and confirmed for VSDC to send the list of shareholders to issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
2.3. From 26/03/2025, the CEG stock code, ISIN code VN000000CEG9 issued by VSDC will no longer be valid for circulation and VSDC will not provide registration, depository, and clearing services for the above CEG shares. VSDC will withdraw all CEG securities deposited on the effective date of cancellation of registration. Members are requested to record the withdrawal of CEG securities deposited in the investor's account on 26/03/2025 and notify related investors to contact the securities registration organization to carry out procedures for issuing a Book/Certificate of Share Ownership.
3. Construction and Industry Equipment Group Corporation:
Reissue a passbook or Certificate of Securities Ownership to the owner of the deposited securities according to the List of Securities Owners sent by VSDC to Construction and Industry Equipment Group Corporation after the effective date of cancellation of registration.
4. Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of the secrities owner. Construction and Industry Equipment Group Corporation is responsible for managing information on securities and securities owners after the securities are deregistered at VSDC and continuing to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of securities owners (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
