Following Decision No. 125/QD-SGDHN dated 07/03/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:

- Effective date: 12/03/2025
- Reason: the company's undistributed profit after tax in the audited Financial Statements 2024 was negative.
- Base for review: Financial Statements 2024 of Hai Phong Cement Transport and Trading JSC audited by An Viet Auditing Company Limited.
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of listed securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
