LO5: Notice on stock status

On March 07, 2025, HNX announced the status of Lilama No.5 JSC’s shares (stock code: LO5) as follows:
- LO5 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity in Audited Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed at point a Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- LO5 shares are put on alert from 12/03/2025 due to the reason(s) that the audit organization issued a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
