* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 138/QD-SGDHN dated 12/03/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: BimSon Cement JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: BCC
- Effective date: 14/03/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 was negative
- Basis for review: Consolidated financial statements for 2024 of Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company audited by Deloitte Vietnam Auditing Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

- Basis for review: The consolidated financial statements 2024 of Bim Son Cement Joint Stock Company were audited by Deloitte Vietnam Auditing Company Limited.

- BCC shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 139/QD-SGDHN dated March 12, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the parent company's after-tax profit in 2023 and 2024 on the Company's audited consolidated financial statements for 2024 being a negative number.
