MVN: Decision on stock remaining on alert and Notice on stock status

DECISION ON THE STOCK REMAINING ON ALERT
Following Decision No.135/QD-SGDHN dated 12/03/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Vietnam Maritime Corp.
- Stock code: MVN
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: the audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Vietnam Maritime Corp. must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.153/GD-SGDHN dated 22/03/2024.

NOTICE OF STOCK STATUS
On March 12, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Vietnam Maritime Corp. (stock code: MVN) as follows:
- MVN shares remains on alert following the Decision No.135/QD-SGDHN dated March 12, 2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
