DL1: Cancelling the record date of AGM

Pursuant to Notice No. 20/2025/TB-A7 dated March 8, 2025 of Alpha Seven Group Joint Stock Company (DL1) on the cancellation of the record date to exercise the right to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch announces as follows:

• Cancel the record date (March 24, 2025) to exercise the right to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 according to Notice No. 367/TB-CNVSDC dated February 27, 2025 of CNVSDC
• Reason for cancellation: The company adjusted the plan to organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
