DHB: Decision on being put on continued alert and Notice on stock status

On March 13, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 146/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on continued alert:

·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: DHB
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
·         Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
·         Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer & Chemicals Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
