AMV: Decision on stock under suspension and Notice on stock status

Pursuant to Decision No. 153/QD-SGDHN dated 17/03/2025, HNX announces the stock is under trading suspension as follows:
- Issuer: American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: AMV
- Effective date: 19/03/2025
- Reason: The listed organization was late in submitting the audited separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2024 more than 6 months after the prescribed deadline.
- Applicable regulations: Point a, Clause 1, Article 41 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 1156/QD-SGDHN dated October 28, 2024 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on switching to restricted trading status for AMV shares.

On 17/03/2025, HNX announces the status of American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation (stock code: AMV) as follows: 
- AMV stock is under alert status according to Decision No. 1079/QD-SGDHN dated October 7, 2024 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the audit organization having an exception audit opinion on the consolidated financial statements for 2023.
- AMV stock is under trading suspension status according to Decision No. 153/QD-SGDHN dated March 19, 2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the listing organization's delay in submitting audited separate and semi-annual consolidated financial statements 2024 for more than 06 months compared to the prescribed deadline.
