     * Dividend payment by share:
           - Exercise rate: 100:20 ( (shareholders receive 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
           - Rounding method and treatment of fractional shares: The number of shares issued as dividends to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Any fractional shares resulting from rounding down (if any) will be canceled.
For example, as of the record date for exercising rights, Mr. Nguyen Van A owns 6,212 shares. The number of shares Mr. Nguyen Van A will receive in this stock dividend issuance is 1,242 shares (6,212 x 20/100 = 1,242.4, rounded down to 1,242). The fractional share of 0.4 will be canceled.

               + For undeposited shares:  Song Da Cao Cuong JSC (Km 28+100, QL 18 Pha Lai, Chi Linh, Hai Duong) on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
