CEO: Resignation letter of Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh

On March 18, 2025, CEO Group Joint Stock Company (“CEO Group”) received the Resignation letter from Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh as a member of the Board of Directors (“BOD”) - Position: member of the Board of Directors for the 2022-2027 term.
The Board of Directors of CEO Group will submit to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 9, 2025 to consider and approve the Resignation letter of Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh in accordance with the provisions of law and the Company's Charter.
