* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 159/QD-SGDHN dated 18/03/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Danang Airports Services Joint-Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: MAS
- Effective date: 24/03/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 was negative
- Basis for review: Financial statements for 2024 of Danang Airports Services Joint-Stock Company audited by RSM VIETNAM AUDITING & CONSULTING COMPANY LIMITED;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 113/QD-SGDHN dated 12/03/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

Pursuant to Decision No. 158/QD-SGDHN dated 18/03/2025, HNX announces the stock is under continued supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Danang Airports Services Joint-Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: MAS
- Effective date: 24/03/2025
- Reason: Profit after tax in 2024 is positive, however, undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative.
- Basis for review: Financial statements for 2024 of Danang Airports Services Joint-Stock Company audited by RSM VIETNAM AUDITING & CONSULTING COMPANY LIMITED
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 4, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 113/QD-SGDHN dated 12/03/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

-  MAS shares are under alert according to Decision No. 159/QD-SGDHN dated March 18, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 was negative
- MAS shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 158/QD-SGDHN dated March 18, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because Profit after tax in 2024 is positive, however, undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative.
