* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 172/QD-SGDHN dated 20/03/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: VICEM But Son Cement Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: BTS
- Effective date: 26/03/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 was negative;
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 of VICEM But Son Cement Joint Stock Company were audited by Deloitte Vietnam Auditing Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 137/QD-SGDHN dated March 19, 2024 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

- Issuer: VICEM But Son Cement Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: BTS
- Effective date: 26/03/2025
- Reason: The company's after-tax profits in 2023 and 2024 were negative.
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 of VICEM But Son Cement JSC were audited by Deloitte Vietnam Auditing Co., Ltd.
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX announces the securities status of BTS shares of VICEM But Son Cement Joint Stock Company (the Company) as follows:
- BTS shares are under alert status according to Decision No. 171/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 on the Company's audited financial statements for 2024 being a negative number.
- BTS shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 172/QD-SGDHN dated May 20, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the after-tax profit in 2023 and 2024 on the Company's audited financial statement for 2024 being a negative number.
