BLN: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no. 3320/TB-VT&DVLN dated 20/03/2025 of Lien Ninh Transport and Service Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 17/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.654/TB-CNVSDC dated 25/02/2025 by VSDC.
Reason:  The company need more time to complete preparations for the agenda and meeting materials to be submitted to 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). 2025 AGM will be held before 30th June 2025. The specific date for finalizing the list of shareholders eligible to attend the AGM will be announced in the near future.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited BMS shares at DMs
