Decision on the stock remaining on alert
Following Decision No. 184/QD-SGDHN dated 25/03/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC
- Stock code: HU3
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting due to an audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years
- Another reason: The HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Applicable law(s): Point a, b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision, HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 750/GD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024

Notice of stock status
On 25/03/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC (HU3) as follows:
- HU3 shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 184/QD-SGDHN dated 25/03/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
