DTB: Cancellation of the Record date for attending 2025 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 29/CV-Cty ngày 26/03/2025 of Bao Loc City Urban Projects Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the record date for exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the record date: 27/03/2025 for 2025 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 79/TB-CNVSDC dated 17/01/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The Securities registering institution needs more time to prepare agenda in line with the actual situation. The Securities registering institution will organize 2025 Annual general meeting as early as possible in accordance with prevailing laws to ensure the rights and interests of the Company's shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited DTB shares at DMs.
