BIC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for attending 2025 Annual General Meeting

On 24/3/2025, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document no. 0679/TB-BIC dated 21/3/2025 from BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) regarding the cancellation of the List of securities owners exercising the right to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). VSDC would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting on the record date of 03/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no. 501/TB-VSDC dated 18/02/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The Corporation needs more time to seek opinions from competent authorities on some contents in the meeting agenda, so the 2025 AGM have to be postponed. The Corporation will re-announce the time and location of the 2025 AGM and the new record date to finalize the list of shareholders eligble to attend the meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
