TCJ: Notice on stock status

On March 27, 2025, HNX announces Notice No. 1270/TB-SGDHN on the status of Tochau JSC’s shares (stock code: TCJ) as follows:
- TCJ shares are under alert due to audit organization give a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TCJ shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2024 according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
