TCJ: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 196/QD-SGDHN dated March 27, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of TCJ stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement of 2024;
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Tochau JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 218/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2024
