HSV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for attending 2025 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 03/2025/CV-HSV dated 26/03/2025 of HSV Viet Nam Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: HSV) on cancelling the record date for 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 28/03/2025 for 2025 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 1004/TB-VSDC dated 07/03/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: HSV Viet Nam Group Joint Stock Company adjusted the plan of organizing 2025 Annual general meeting to ensure well prepare and finalize meeting materials as stipulated by prevailing laws and the Charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
