Following Decision No. 215/QD-SGDHN dated 27/03/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: VICEM Hoang Mai Cement JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: HOM
- Effective date: 02/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 of Vicem Hoang Mai Cement JSC audited by Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd.
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 of Vicem Hoang Mai Cement JSC audited by Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd.
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

On 27/03/2025, HNX announced the status of VICEM Hoang Mai Cement JSC (stock code: HOM) as follows:
-  HOM shares are under alert according to Decision No. 215/QD-SGDHN dated 20/2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to Undistributed Profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 on the audited Financial Statement of 2024 being a negative number;
- HOM shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 216/QD-SGDHN dated April 27, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the after-tax profit in 2023 and 2024 on the audited 2024 Financial Statement being negative numbers.
