Decision on putting the stock on alert
On 31/03/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 226/QD-SGDHN on putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: ICC
- Securities type: common stock
- Effective date: 04/04/2025
- Reason: The company has an annual financial statement given a qualified opinion by the audit organization for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed this Decision, Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On 31/03/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company (ICC) as follows
- ICC shares are put on alert from 04/04/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization issued a qualified opinion on the Financial Statement for 03 continuously years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 of Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
