Decision on being continued alert
Following Decision No. 229/QD-SGDHN dated March 31, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of SDY stock as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da Yaly Cement JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SDY
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Song Da Yaly Cement JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 241/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024.

Following Decision No. 230/QD-SGDHN dated March 31, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of SDY stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement of 2024;
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Song Da Yaly Cement JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 240/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2024

- SDY shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company has negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2024 according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- SDY shares are under continued alert due to audit organization give a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
