Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 221/QD-SGDHN dated March 28, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of Song Da 25 JSC’s shares (stock code: SDJ) as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: The Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason for trading restriction: the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point c, Clause 1, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, SDJ must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 198/QD-SGDHN dated March 29, 2024.

Notice on stock status
On March 28, 2025, HNX announces the status of Song Da 25 JSC’s shares (stock code: SDJ) as follows:
- SDJ shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2024 as prescribed at point c, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- SDJ shares are under temporary trading suspension following Decision No. 839/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2022 due to the reason that according to the proposal of the company and the assessment of the HNX, according to the provisions of point d, clause 1, Article 46 of the Law on Securities as prescribed at Points b and đ, Clause 1, Article 35 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
