HSV: Cancellation of record date for 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 03/2025/CV-HSV dated 26/03/2025 of HSV Viet Nam Group Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2025 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2025 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 28/03/2025
Reason for cancellation: to give the company more time to prepare more carefully for the organization of the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025
