Decision on stock under continued alert
Following Decision No. 253/QD-SGDHN dated 01/04/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Saigon Plant Protection Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SPC
- Effective date: 04/04/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 was negative;
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 of SPC were audited by AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 138/QD-SGDHN dated 20/03/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under continued alert.

- SPC shares are under alert according to Decision No. 253/QD-SGDHN dated Aprril 01, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to undistributed profit after tax on December 31, 2024 on the Company's audited financial statements for 2024 being a negative number. 
- SPC shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 254/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the after-tax profit in 2023 and 2024 on the audited 2024 Financial Statement being negative numbers.
