Following Decision No. 264/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2025, HNX announces the share being out of alert of DSP stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement of 2024;
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed an unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statement 2024;
- Effective date: 04/04/2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.

On 01/04/2025, HNX announces the status of Phu Tho Tourist Service JSC’s shares (stock code: DSP) as follows: DSP share are being put out of alert due to the reason(s) that the audit organization have expressed an unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2024 as prescribed at point a, Clause 4, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
