X77: Notice on stock status

On 31/03/2025, HNX announces the status of Thanh An 77 Joint stock company’s shares (stock code: X77) as follows:
- X77 shares are being put on alert due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- X77 shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has negative equity in its audited financial statements 2024 and the company stops its main production and business activities for 1 year or more as prescribed at Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
