X77: ​Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 241/QD-SGDHN dated 31/03/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of X77 stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: The issuer records negative owner's equity in the Audited FS 2024
- Another reason: The company stops its main production and business activities for 1 year or more 
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point a and d, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date being under trading restriction, Thanh An 77 Joint stock company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under trading restriction to the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
