PVR: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No.227/QD-SGDHN dated 31/03/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PVR stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: the audit company gave a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2024
- Other reason for trading restriction: The company stopped their business activities for more than 01 year
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point(s) c, d Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Hanoi PVR Investment Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No.1257/QD-SGDHN dated 23/12/2024
 
 
NOTICE OF STOCK STATUS

On March 31, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Hanoi PVR Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: PVR) as follows:
- PVR shares remains on trading restriction following the Decision No.227/QD-SGDHN dated March 31, 2025 due to the reason that the audit company gave a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2024; The company stopped their business activities for more than 01 year as prescribed in Points c, d Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
