Decision on being put under trading restriction
Following Decision No.274/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2025, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: The auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Effective date: 08/04/2025
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s):  Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange;
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 02, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Petroleum Industrial And Civil Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: PXI) as follows:
- PXI shares remains on alert following the Decision No.262/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2025 due to the reason that tThe auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2024 as prescribed in Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
