Decision on being continued alert
On April 02, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 275/QD-SGDHN putting the QNC stock under continued alert:
•         Issuer: Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC
•         Securities type: common stock
•         Stock code: QNC
•         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
•    Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
•       Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 316/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024.
