HFX: Decision on continued trading restriction and Decision on the stock remaining on alert and Notice on stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 267/QD-SGDHN dated 01/04/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HFX stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited financial statements 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: The company has negative equity in its audited 2024 financial statements.
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Thanh Ha Production Export - Import Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 230/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2024.

Decision on the stock remaining on alert
Following Decision No. 266/QD-SGDHN dated 01/04/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Thanh Ha Production Export - Import Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HFX
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: Thanh Ha Production Export - Import Joint Stock Company is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting due to an audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision Thanh Ha Production Export - Import Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 229/GD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2024

Notice of stock status
On 01/04/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Thanh Ha Production Export - Import Joint Stock Company (HFX) as follows:
- HFX shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 266/QD-SGDHN dated 01/04/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- HFX shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has negative equity in its audited 2024 financial statements at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
