Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 235/QD-SGDHN dated 31/03/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HKB stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited financial statements 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: Auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on 2024 financial statements.
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Ha Noi - Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 257/QD-SGDHN dated 03/04/2024.

Notice of stock status
On 31/03/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Ha Noi - Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food JSC (HKB) as follows:
- HKB shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has negative equity in its audited 2024 financial statements; Auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on 2024 financial statements at Point a, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
