Decision on the stock remaining on alert
Following Decision No. 236/QD-SGDHN dated 31/03/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Hanoi Foodstuff Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HAF
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: Hanoi Foodstuff Joint Stock Company is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting due to an audit organization giving a qualified opinion on its annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Hanoi Foodstuff Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 393/GD-SGDHN dated 16/04/2024

On 25/03/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Hanoi Foodstuff Joint Stock Company (HAF) as follows:
- HAF shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 236/QD-SGDHN dated 31/03/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
