L62: Decision on being under continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Following Decision No. 259/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2025 HNX announces the following L62 stock will be put under continued trading restriction as follows:
- Ground for considertation: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: the owner’s equity of the Company was negative in Audited Financial Statement 2024 and the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statement 2024
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Fridays
- Applicable law(s): Points a & c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under continued trading restriction, Lilama No. 69-2 Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 01, 2025, HNX announces the status of Lilama No. 69-2 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: L62) as follows: L62 stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 259/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2025 as the owner’s equity of the Company was negative in Audited Financial Statement 2024 and the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statement 2024 under Points a & c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
