On 31/03/2025, based on the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 242/QD-SGDHN maintaining the following stock under alert:

Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024
Reason: the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed, according to Point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
The Company must send the document to explain and provide the remedy to HNX within 15 days from being under continued alert.
