PGT: Decision on stock under alert and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 295/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 , HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: PGT Holdings JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: PGT
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative;
- Basis for review: PGT Holdings JSC's 2024 consolidated financial statements were audited by Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service., Ltd (AASCS);
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No.242/QD-SGDHN dated 03/4/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

-  PGT shares are under alert according to Decision No. 295/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to Undistributed Profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements for 2024 being a negative number.
