VCM: Decision on stock out of supervision and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock out of supervision:
Following Decision No. 292/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2025, HNX announces the stock lifted out of supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Vinaconex Manpower and Trading JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: VCM
- Effective date: 09/04/2025
- Reason: The auditor's opinions on the Audited Financial Statements 2024 is unqualified
- Basis for review: The Financial Statements 2024 audited by Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point c Section 4 Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 228/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock put under supervision.

On 02/04/2025, HNX announced the status of Vietnam Manpower and Trading JSC (stock code: VCM) as follows: VCM shares are lifted out of supervision and back to normal status under Decision No. 292/QD-SGDHN dated 02/04/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as the auditor's opinions on the Company's Audited Financial Statements 2024 is unqualified.
