AAV: Decision on stock under continued alert, put under supervision and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 297/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 , HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: AAV Group JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: AAV
- Effective date: 09/4/2025
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative;
- Basis for review: AAV Group JSC's 2024 consolidated financial statements were audited by MOORE AISC Auditing and Informatics Services LLC Branch;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

Pursuant to Decision No. 298/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: AAV Group JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: AAV
- Effective date: 09/4/2025
- Reason: The holding company's after-tax profit in 2023 and 2024 is negative;
- Basis for review: AAV Group JSC's consolidated financial statements 2024 were audited by MOORE AISC Auditing and Informatics Services LLC Branch;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

HNX announced the status of AAV Group JSC (stock code: AAV) as follows:
-  AAV shares are under alert according to Decision No. 297/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to Undistributed Profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements for 2024 being a negative number;
- AAV shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 298/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the after-tax profit of the parent company's shareholders in 2023 and 2024 on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements of 2024 being a negative number.
