Following No. 291/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 , HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Mediplantex National Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: MED
- Effective date: 08/4/2025
- Reason: The auditing organization has a qualified opinion on the consolidated financial statements for 2024;
-  Basis for review: The 2024 consolidated financial statements of Mediplantex National Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company were audited by AASC Auditing Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point c, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
